Senator Tayo Alasoadura, the lawmaker representing Ondo Central Senatorial District, has promised to always give priority developmental projects to bring smiles to the faces of the people and communities within his constituency.
Alasoadura who stated this in Akure, Ondo state capital, while inaugurating a multi-million Naira streetlight project at Oke Ijebu and Oke Aro area of the state, said this is to ensure the quality of life for the people and also to render selfless service to the people that elected him.
Alasoadura described most of the project initiated and executed by him as people-oriented project saying the light was put in place as a security measure for the people of the area, especially in the night.
The lawmaker said he had earlier installed the first phase of the streetlight at Ijapo Estate in Akure South Local Government Area of the state and said other communities within the Ondo Central Senatorial District will also benefit from the projects.
Alasoadura expressed his determination to continue giving back to the people that elected him, in order to justify the confidence reposed in him by the electorate.
He said that as a politician he would not wait for the electorate to start complaining before he would take necessary steps to give back to them.
He, however, called on the people to safeguard and monitor the projects against theft and commended them for their support and cooperation for him and the state government.
